Director of Youth Ministries

About the Role
Central Reformed Church of Sioux Center is seeking a passionate follower of Jesus to serve as Director of Youth Ministries, leading our Middle and High School programs. The ideal candidate will cultivate a Christ-centered community where students grow in their faith, connect with mentors, and learn what it means to live as disciples of Jesus in today’s world.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate regular student gatherings, retreats, and trips.
Build meaningful relationships with students and their families.
Recruit, equip, and encourage volunteer sponsors from the congregation.
Foster a welcoming, engaging, and spiritually rich youth culture.
Partner with the Lead Pastor and Education Team to strengthen discipleship and community.

Qualifications
A clear and passionate testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
Agreement with the theology of Central Reformed Church and the Alliance of Reformed Churches.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Degree preferred (Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s welcome).
