First Reformed Church is seeking a passionate and Spirit-led Pastor to provide biblical preaching, spiritual leadership, and vision for the continued growth and discipleship of our church family. The ideal candidate will have a heart for reaching both our congregation and our community with the love of Christ.

Primary Responsibilities (Approx. 80%)
• Preaching & Worship Leadership: Prepare and deliver biblically sound, relevant sermons; lead and oversee weekly worship services.
• Spiritual Leadership: Provide pastoral care, prayer, and guidance to individuals and families within the congregation.
• Discipleship & Evangelism: Equip and encourage members to grow in their faith and share the gospel both locally and beyond.
• Vision Casting: Lead the church in spiritual direction and mission alignment with biblical principles.
Secondary Responsibilities (Approx. 20%)
• Youth & Family Ministry: Support and mentor youth and families, promoting intergenerational ministry within the church.
• Community Involvement: Build relationships and partnerships that extend the church’s reach into the surrounding community.
• Administration: Oversee church operations, communication, and coordination with staff and volunteers.
• Church Growth: Develop strategies for outreach, member engagement, and spiritual development.
Qualifications
• A clear calling to pastoral ministry and alignment with the mission and beliefs of First Reformed Church.
• Strong preaching and teaching skills grounded in Scripture.
• Ability to shepherd, lead, and inspire others through relational and servant-hearted ministry.
• Organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple areas of ministry.
• Education and ministry experience appropriate to the role (degree or credential preferred).
