The Alliance has chosen to partner with Zeutenhorst Financial and Empower Financial to provide pastors and staff with an employer based retirement plan that provides flexibility, accessibility, strong investment strategy and up to date feedback on retirement planning.

Please confirm that your congregation has been officially released from any other previous denominational affiliation or if you are seeking enrollment as an ordained pastor, that you are ordained in the Alliance of Reformed Churches. Once either of those two events has occurred, the employing church is ready to adopt the plan document and start helping pastor(s) and employees to a financially solid retirement plan. In addition, we encourage all pastors to consider engaging in regular conversations with a financial planning person and an accountant who understands the uniqueness of “housing allowance” for ordained pastors.
