o Through regular Sunday Service leading/preaching
o Through regular Bible Study and educational opportunities
o Through visitation to members when necessary
 Appropriate for recently retired clergy


Requirements:
 College degree
 Ordained Protestant Minister in a major denomination
 Comfortable with an interdenominational ministry setting
 Appreciates and respects a mature population
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
