The Worship Pastor/Director for Hope Community Church will be responsible for leading worshipers into the presence of Jesus through God-honoring song, music, and prayer. They will have completed formal training in worship leading or have gained experience and on the job training in a church setting similar to Hope Community Church. He/she should have knowledge of leading worship, familiar with Planning Center, have good communication skills, and be organized and dependable.
