Founded in 1909, Mescalero Reformed Church is a vibrant and multigenerational congregation nestled in the heart of a Native American Reservation located in South Central New Mexico. The reservation includes persons, among others, of Mescalero, Lipan, and Chiricahua descent. The church has a history of 115 years; began as a "mission church" and now seeks to move into the future in a dynamic way!

The Ministry work is mostly done in Mexico. We build homes for the families that very poor and live in cardboard homes. We also work alongside several ministries that help with feeding children whose parents work in the local dump to try and make a living. Our student program sponsors children for higher education to help them break the cycle of poverty and receive a degree to help the for the future..

We are revisioning our traditionally strong youth outreach so that we befriend, equip and launch leaders of gospel movements from within an intergenerational church family. The Discipleship pastor, working in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, is entrusted with cultivating a discipleship culture within West Side that equips every believer, and especially those between the ages of 12-27, to Follow Jesus, Create Belonging and Do Justice.

Under the general direction of the council and express direction of the elders, the lead pastor provides spiritual and organizational leadership.
