Under the general direction of the council and express direction of the elders, the lead pastor provides spiritual and organizational leadership. The lead pastor serves as teacher and vision leader for the congregation as we seek to fulfill our mission of “Developing authentic relationships with Jesus Christ.” The lead pastor serves as head of the staff, building a strong leadership team, and holds a central position on the board of elders.
Grangeville CRC is seeking male candidates that are ordained, or qualified to be
ordained, in a Reformed denomination; committed to the Reformed faith as set forth in the
traditional creeds and confessions; committed to Christ-centered expository preaching; and able to interact graciously and knowledgeably with those from a diversity of church backgrounds.
This role serves in support of the Lead Pastor in the administration and oversight of the operational functions of the church consistent with the vision and values of the Church. This role will support and develop systems, structures, and teams, and will oversee the business administration of facilities, finance, human resources, and staff support.

The Temporary Associate Pastor position at West Side Presbyterian Church is a
full-time position. This role has primary responsibility for leading the
congregation in our strategic vision to establish youth and young adults in the
gospel as they navigate life’s transitions.
