First Reformed Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is seeking a part-time Worship Director.

Our vision as a church is to “Connect with others, Grow in faith, and Be Transformed by the Holy Spirit”. These three pillars of the church have set the foundation on how we worship, how our services function and how we serve as a church. We believe that Jesus Christ is our only Savior and that nothing can separate us from His love.

The Worship Director will provide leadership, coordination and supervision in all aspects of the congregation’s music ministry, equipping the church to worship Jesus Christ.

Our multi-generational worship service incorporates both traditional and contemporary worship music. Applicants for the Worship Director position should have experience in leading a team and congregation in collaborative worship. As a church, we seek to leave each Sunday morning changed so we can make a difference in our community and across the globe.

The Worship Director will recruit and build up a team of vocalists, instrumentalists, audio and visual teams to be involved in the worship ministry. This individual should have good communication skills, be organized and dependable. Prior experience using Planning Center software is beneficial.
