    READ, PRINT & SIGN

    Once you have read the Welcome Packet and your church is ready to request affiliation with the Alliance, print and sign pages 6 & 7.

  • STEP 3

    UPLOAD COMPLETED DOCUMENTS

    Scan the signed pages 6 & 7 and upload the pages to our dropbox. If you like, you can also email them to info@arc21.org.
